As a master trainer and leader in the fitness industry, I have struggled with the limitations that
I've experienced as a "brick and mortar" trainer. Elite Online Training is the answer to these limitations,
allowing me to share my passion for health and fitness with a larger audience while maintaining the
personal connection on which I have built my practice.
I have spent years developing and executing fitness and nutrition programs for a remarkably
diverse group of clients. As educator, mentor, coach and friend I take my clients' journey very seriously.
I continue to explore the latest research in an effort to evolve my training philosophy so as to give each
and every client a positive and rewarding experience.

Past runner's desire to build a better body - Frannie D.
When I met Philip Nohe I was a runner that formerly would work out very hard with weights until life happened (marriage, kids, work). I spent two hours a day at the gym but never really saw any changes. I used running as my weight control after having two children but put very little focus on lifting. I would take Body Pump and cycling classes, but my main focus was running. I started training with Phil in November 2007 and by December I was a different person. I cleaned up my diet (no more wine and candy) and I continued to run, but my commitment to lifting was now set in motion. Phil put me on a routine of split body parts, and I committed to workout 7 days a week. He didn't really know that I did that until he asked. I was sometimes a little hard headed, but I loved my results and I always wanted Phil to be proud of me (it was very important to me to live up to his expectations). There were some bumps along the way but over the last 3 1/2 years Phil has changed my life, has been my motivation and inspiration, and he has given me the advice and guidance to live a healthy life even under the most stressful times. During the most stressful times of my life my healthy eating and fitness routine has pulled me through. Physically I am in the best shape of my life. My last marathon was a 3:30:43 time which qualified me again for Boston. I have a physique that I am proud of and can hold my own in a marathon. I think this combination is completely a result of meeting Phil and making the decision to train with him. Phil has without a doubt changed my life for the better and I will be forever grateful to him. My life will never be the same and all of the lessons that I have learned from him will be with me for the rest of my life. The best part is that all of these positives lessons will be passed down to my children and they will know nothing else...healthy from the start.
Weight loss and rehabilitating a knee injury - Sally C.
I had a close friend that had worked with Phil on loosing weight and rehabilitating a nagging knee injury. Having seen what he was able to do to "cure" this knee pain and help my friend to change his body AND his lifestyle, I knew who to go to when I hurt my back. I had never "worked out" in my life but under Phil's guidance I have learned so much. I reached my initial goal of loosing 20 pounds in half the time I thought it would take...best of all, it has stayed off and I KNOW what to do now to continue with my goals. I can not thank Phil enough for all of the help and instruction... oh, and I now live completely free of back pain!
New engagement means a healthy new lifestyle - Melissa C.
When I got engaged I knew it was time to hit the gym again. I wanted everything to be perfect and that meant making some serious changes. I wasn't sure about "correspondence" or "online" training. Philip was recommended by one of my bridesmaids and in just 3 months I made a complete turn around. I followed the diet, did the exercise and LEARNED why and how it all worked. Everyone told me how stressful planning a wedding could be but I quickly learned just what a huge outlet the gym could be. I could not believe I was looking at myself on the day of my wedding and neither could most of our guests!! I am proud of what I did and even more proud to say that since training with Philip and getting married, I have maintained the weight loss. I still workout 4-5 times a week and now I know what foods work for me and why. I would (and have) recommend working with Philip Nohe no matter what your goals are!!

I'm sure my story is pretty common. I was a high school and college athlete and for most of my life diet and exercise were VERY important to me. Then life happened. Working out and eating right took a back seat because I didn't think I had time for them. When the occasional aches and pains became more than occasional and I became obsessive about how bad I thought I looked, I knew it was time for a change. I joined a gym and tried to do it on my own with less than impressive results. That's when I heard about Phil. One of the other guys at the gym had made a HUGE change in the time that I was there and it seemed like I was working out AT LEAST as hard as him. I finally got up the nerve to ask him what he was doing and he gave me Phil's card. I was impressed from the start. I thought I would be a hard case given the fact that I have many time limitations with regards to both working out and nutrition. The first plans I received fit perfectly into my schedule and I loved the workouts. I was also surprised to find that I wasn't hungry and didn't feel like I was "dieting" at all...Phil ensured me that short term plans result in short term results and it was the change in lifestyle that mattered. Every revision to my meal plans and work outs brought new excitement and it seemed to get easier with time (NOT what I would have thought). I can say that I now feel great about myself. I sleep better, I am less stressed, I eat well AND I feel like a poster child for fitness because I tell everyone how easy it is once you learn what works. My brother, wife and several other gym members have signed up with Phil because of the changes they saw in me. I will continue to recommend him to everyone that asks what I do to "look like this"
